The last thing any lucid dreamer should do is watch a war documentary (Restrepo) before going to bed. My prayers this morning took a turn from the Himalayas over to the range in Northern Afghanistan. The film followed a group of American Soldiers into a “Taliban Stronghold” where the chief aim was to kill the enemy and secure the local people enough to build a road through the area....

Why my pee looks like lemon-lime gatorade.
No, I’m not dehydrated or subjecting myself to gamma ray tests… but both are in the ballpark. I’m taking this year to focus (experiment) on health. It all starts with a little awareness having a meeting with discipline and preparation(know that fun is overarchingly implied). As the weeks go by I will let you in on my findings/general direction.
